Karen Bogusz Law

For more than 34 years, Karen Bogusz has handled Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation matters for thousands of Chicago and Illinois clients, with resulting settlements or verdicts totaling in the millions of dollars. In addition to being an experienced negotiator and litigator in work injuries, auto accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and construction site accidents, Ms. Bogusz is also a practicing Arbitrator, certified with the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Ms. Bogusz lectures at legal seminars, including the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association, and has taught seminars at the John Marshall Law School. She is a past-president of the Advocates Society, the Association of Polish-American Attorneys.
In her spare time, Ms. Bogusz is an active participant in her local community where she volunteers with hospice and has volunteered for select political causes and campaigns.
